PURPOSE

Join our Retail organization as an Executive Assistant supporting VP-level leadership. You will enable smooth daily operations, streamline communication, and ensure our leaders are equipped to move strategy forward across the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage the executive calendar and prioritize meetings, information flow, and competing demands.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and materials that support strategic updates and key initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, technology needs, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain organized workflows, records, and processes that keep the department operating efficiently.
  • Support communication between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and global adidas locations.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with attention to deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Able to manage confidential information with professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Four-year college or university degree
  • Three or more years of senior-level administrative experience
