Peregrine is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Go-To-Market leaders in a fast-growing, customer-centric environment. This full-time onsite role in New York City requires a highly organized, proactive partner for the SLG Sales, Strategic Market Engagement, and Pre-Sales teams, managing complex calendars, coordinating multi-city travel, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Pre-Sales Technical, Innovation, and Strategic Engagement. You will forecast needs, prepare meeting materials, support QBR readiness, own expense management and event logistics, and maintain relationships with regional teams while safeguarding confidentiality. Ideal candidates have 5+ years supporting senior revenue executives in fast-paced environments, excellent communication, and strong logistics acumen; Salesforce or Clari experience is a plus, and the ability to work four days a week in the office in NYC or Washington, D.C. Compensation $135k-$170k plus benefits, equity, and bonus. We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Go-To-Market leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a deep understanding of revenue organization operations. You will manage complex and high-volume calendars for sales and customer-facing leaders, coordinate customer engagements and internal planning sessions, and ensure our GTM executives have the resources and focus needed to drive revenue growth. This role will primarily support the leaders of SLG Sales, Strategic Market Engagement, and pre-sales teams, serving as their trusted partner in managing field team coordination, customer logistics, and cross-functional GTM activities. You will anticipate organizational needs while demonstrating the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy in this fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $170,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
