This high touch role delivers comprehensive administrative support including full calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, and cross functional collaboration across Legal and People operations, with a strong emphasis on discretion and confidentiality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years supporting a General Counsel or senior legal leaders and senior HR leaders, plus experience managing multiple executives, matter management, budgeting, and event planning in a startup or high growth setting. This role delivers high-touch, strategic support across executive operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting Legal and People leaders, a strong understanding of both functions, and the ability to manage complex processes, enable cross-functional alignment, and handle confidential information with discretion. This role thrives in an environment where priorities shift, ambiguity exists, and sound judgment and adaptability are critical to success.
Serving as a primary point of contact, you will help executives stay focused on business priorities by managing internal and external requests and driving the appropriate next steps. You will be a trusted partner, anticipating the needs of both the executive and the organization while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $170,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
