TM Forum is seeking an Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager to join its remote team and run its high-touch sponsor experiences. This is a full-time role open to candidates across Europe, including France, reporting to the Senior Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager. TM Forum is a global industry member alliance for telco and tech, uniting more than 800 CSPs, vendors, hyperscalers, consultancies and system integrators to drive growth through AI-enabled agility. The role centers on delivering the Executive Connect programme and Invite-Only sponsor events that connect sponsors with senior CSP decision-makers at TM Forum’s global events, spanning digital and in-person formats.

A typical day in the Executive Connect programme
You’ll own the end-to-end delivery across multiple TM Forum events each year, from onboarding sponsors and defining their target accounts and objectives to shaping the session flow and sponsor participation. You’ll manage outreach to senior CSP delegates with tailored communications, confirmations and reminders, and you’ll coordinate meeting schedules, resolve conflicts, and oversee onsite logistics to keep things running smoothly. The Invite-Only cycle will be your focus too, guiding attendee wish-lists through acquisition, marketing promotion, vetting and approvals, and ensuring a seamless session flow. Across all touchpoints, invites, reminders and onsite instructions, you’ll ensure participants have a high-quality, frictionless experience. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to keep plans aligned, maintain clear communication with Sales, Events, Marketing and Insights, and contribute to improving delivery quality during time-sensitive delivery windows. You’ll also contribute to post-event reporting, sharing data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen future delivery and organisational learning, while helping to shape best practices in targeting, outreach and attendee engagement.

What you’ll need to succeed
TM Forum is looking for a candidate with a solid background in high‑level engagement programmes and sponsor delivery, plus the ability to coordinate complex workflows across global events. You’ll need strong communication skills to engage confidently with CSP executives and sponsor representatives, and a track record in fast-paced environments that demand sharp prioritisation and strong organisational skills. You should bring solid problem‑solving abilities and sound judgement for managing escalations or time‑sensitive issues, and you’ll need a keen eye for detail to keep multiple workstreams accurate at once. Some familiarity with telecoms, technology, B2B events or curated meeting programmes is helpful, and familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools and project management platforms is a plus.

Must-have
- A proven track record delivering executive-level engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship delivery or high-value client engagement
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows across global events and time zones
- Confident communicator able to engage with high-level CSP executives and senior sponsor representatives
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and sound judgement when handling escalations or time-sensitive issues
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent workstreams

Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with telecoms, technology, B2B events or curated meeting programmes
- Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools and project management platforms

Pay, benefits and practical details
The role is full-time and remote, with the position open to applicants in Europe, including France. TM Forum does not publish a salary figure in this posting, and other specific benefits or schedules are not listed here.

Tips for applicants
Lead with the right experience. Put your experience running executive-level engagement programmes and end-to-end sponsorship delivery at the top of your CV, ideally with a concise result from a recent programme. This helps prove you’ve done the kind of work TM Forum needs from day one.

Show how you handle global, time-zone workflows. In your resume and interviews, point to concrete examples where you managed multi-stakeholder processes across different regions, and mention any CRM, scheduling or project‑management tools you used to keep things moving smoothly.

Be ready to talk about escalations and time pressure. Have a clear STAR story ready that demonstrates how you resolved a time‑sensitive sponsorship issue or scheduling conflict, including the steps you took and the outcome for both sponsors and CSP attendees.

Ask a smart question about success metrics. Consider asking how TM Forum measures the impact of Executive Connect and Invite-Only initiatives and which upcoming events are shaping the next phase of the programmes, to show you’re thinking about sustaining value beyond individual sessions.
