In this role, you won't just process orders—you will act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, optimizing supply chain costs, leading high-value negotiations, and building resilient supplier relationships.

If you are a seasoned procurement professional looking for a role that offers true operational autonomy, a collaborative environment, and a healthy work-life balance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation

  • Commercial Negotiation: Confidently engage with qualified suppliers to negotiate optimal commercial terms, pricing, and value for the company.

  • Cost Optimization: Conduct thorough supply chain cost analyses and implement forward-thinking purchasing strategies to maximize budget efficiency.

Contract & Vendor Management

  • Contractual Oversight: Draft, review, and establish robust contracts with key suppliers, ensuring full alignment on standard terms, conditions, and regulatory compliance.

  • Supplier Performance: Manage vendor relationships through proactive performance monitoring, ensuring strict adherence to quality, delivery timelines, and inventory control metrics.

  • Risk & Warranty Management: Address service gaps, handle escalations, and manage warranty claims when necessary to protect business interests.

End-to-End Execution

  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full PR/PO lifecycle, including managing purchase forecasts and dynamically rescheduling orders to align with changing demand.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless, on-time delivery of high-quality goods and services within established organizational procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, with strong, proven negotiation and strategic sourcing skills.

  • Domain Expertise: At least 2 years of direct experience in Estate and Facilities Management (EFM) purchasing is highly preferred.

  • Systems & Tools: Proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Soft Skills: A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. You thrive in independent environments, possess strong problem-solving skills, and handle fast-paced timelines with professional resilience.
