DP World is seeking an Executive in Property Management to oversee daily operations of assigned residential, commercial or mixed‑use properties in Dubai, serving as the main tenant contact, assisting with budgeting, and coordinating with internal teams such as PDD, Legal and Leasing to align asset management outcomes. 1. Manage daily operations of assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.

2. Act as the main point of contact for tenants and ensure they are aware of the procedure.

3. Assist in preparing the project budget 

4. Liaise with internal teams (PDD, Legal, Leasing and etc.) to ensure aligned asset management outcomes 

5. Assist it implementing asset improvement/efficiency initiatives

6. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility services with contractors and vendors

7. Conduct regular property inspections and prepare condition reports

8. Manage service contracts and vendor performance

9. Prepare operational, financial, and occupancy reports and support budgeting and expense control activities.

10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements

11. Resolve tenant complaints and operational issues promptly

12. Coordinate move-in and move-out tenants and per the procedures.
