IRT Group seeks an experienced Executive Support Officer for a 12-month fixed term in Wollongong, onsite, supporting senior leaders in the CEO Business Unit. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Support Officer to join IRT on a 12-month fixed term opportunity, supporting senior leaders across our CEO Business Unit. Working as part of a collaborative Executive Support Team, you’ll help keep priorities moving, meetings on track and key business activities running smoothly in a full-time, 5-days-per-week role.
You will need to provide high-level administrative and coordination including support to our operational and shared services business units. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and wants to work closely with senior stakeholders in a role that offers broad exposure across IRT.
You’ll play a critical role in:
• Supporting various business areas with a wide range of administration support
• Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Assisting with the coordination of events and travel arrangements
• Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
• Supporting systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Acting as a key point of contact across the business
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
