Salary Range: $230,000 to $270,000

The salary range represents Compass Group Canada’s pay grade range for this position in the primary work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic market conditions. The range disclosed does not reflect total compensation, which may include benefits or other incentives where applicable.

Job Summary

As the Executive Vice President, (EVP) of Levy, you will be the driving force behind our growth, innovation, and market leadership. With a bold vision and an entrepreneurial spirit, you will chart the course for Levy’s future: elevating our brand and ensuring excellence in hospitality. The EVP, Levy reports to the President, Levy Canada.

  • Architecting the Future by shaping and executing a transformative growth strategy in partnership with the Growth and Retention Teams, ensuring business objectives are exceeded.
  • Lead sales, account retention and strategic business planning, including proformas and executive-level presentations, to win and retain key accounts.
  • Pioneer Innovation and cross-functional initiatives introducing technologies and solutions that captivate customers and set new industry standards.
  • Elevate Strategic Partnerships by seeking out and cultivating high-impact relationships with key partners, expanding our capabilities and positioning Levy as the premier leader in the space.

  • Drive Revenue & Profitability and shareholder value by owning the business plan and budget, exceeding financial targets and delivering measurable results.
  • Establish dynamic KPIs and metrics to track continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to all regulations and internal policies, safeguarding our company’s reputation
  • Proactively identify and manage potential business risks including health, safety, and operations to safeguard Levy’s future.
  • Champion the Customer by building strong client relationships, advocating for their needs and ensuring expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborate across support teams and represent Levy as an industry ambassador to elevate the company’s presence and influence.
