Compass Group Canada's Levy division seeks an Executive Vice President, Levy, in Toronto, to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership across arenas, convention centres, and entertainment venues. The EVP will architect a growth strategy, lead sales and client retention, pioneer cross-functional innovation, cultivate partnerships, and align a strategic roadmap with the mission while maximizing revenue and shareholder value. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in senior leadership, an undergraduate degree in Business or Hospitality (MBA preferred), a background in sports or entertainment venues, and strong storytelling, relationship, and operational excellence skills, plus willingness to travel 10–30%. Salary Range: $230,000 to $270,000
The salary range represents Compass Group Canada’s pay grade range for this position in the primary work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic market conditions. The range disclosed does not reflect total compensation, which may include benefits or other incentives where applicable.
