The rush in motion

On a typical day, you’ll review and process rush and expedited order requests promptly, while keeping clients informed and coordinating with internal teams to ensure expectations are met. You’ll rely on established warehouse and transportation management system processes to guide decisions and help the Customer Account Management team resolve issues quickly. Collaboration with Order Processing, Retail Consolidation, and Warehouse teams is central as you shepherd time-sensitive requests from intake to delivery, and you’ll handle additional reporting duties as assigned by the Manager of Expedited Logistics. You’ll also serve as a resource on critical shipments, keeping the focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
