Experienced Analyst - Leveraged Finance (f/m/d)
Your mission
Origination and execution of new Leveraged Buy Out deals for top international Private Equity clients as well as financings for corporate clients within the German CLF team.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the team, you will be involved in the following areas:
Execution of marketing activities within the context of maintaining and extending business relationships, including preparation and production of pitch books in liaison with other business lines (DCM, ECM, GIB and DOD Distribution & Origination teams)
Financial modelling, including cash flow analysis & financial projections
Primary risk assessment (research), analysis of transactions (via Information Memoranda, due diligence reports, participation in management presentations etc…), preparation of credit applications and their presentation in the respective credit committees
Execution of financing transactions (structuring, negotiations, term-sheets and legal documentation, support to syndication/sales team for distribution)
Responsibility for the credit management of designated portfolio files
You will be fully integrated in the teams with a target to improve your technical and soft skills and gain in autonomy.
