Fulton Hogan is looking for an experienced Apprentice Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join the Christchurch team at the Hornby yard, in a one-stop heavy vehicle workshop that includes servicing, onsite WOF testing, auto electrical, and a paint shop. You’ll work the afternoon shift, delivering safe, reliable mechanical support with guidance from senior colleagues and plenty of room to grow your skills. The ideal candidate has solid hands on heavy diesel experience from an apprenticeship or similar workshop setting, is progressing toward a heavy automotive qualification, holds a full Class 1 license (Class 2 and WTR a bonus), and values safety and teamwork. To apply, tailor your CV to highlight practical repairs, inspections and fault diagnosis, and be prepared for a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
