For our Global Rewards team at our company headquarters in Cham, near Zug, we are seeking an Expert, Compensation (Global Rewards). In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in further shaping our global compensation strategy, driving the global rewards agenda, and ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices across the organization.

 

What will your day/week look like with us:

Support executive and Board remuneration activities, including preparation of Remuneration Committee materials and the annual compensation report in line with Swiss listed company requirements

Manage global base salary processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal governance

Lead and administer short-term and long-term incentive programs, from design and allocation through to payout and communication

Oversee global job evaluation and grading processes maintaining job architecture and pay structures

Conduct market benchmarking by participating in external surveys, analyzing data, and providing recommendations on salary positioning and structure adjustments

Ensure compensation practices comply with equal pay regulations and support fair and equitable outcomes

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to attract, retain, and reward talent effectively

Collaborate closely with Senior HR leaders and key partners (HR, Finance, Payroll) to deliver effective compensation solutions, while supporting the Chief HR Officer

 

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

5–7 years of experience in global compensation, ideally within a Swiss listed company

Strong expertise in job evaluation methodologies (including Mercer IPE) and compensation frameworks

Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and HR systems (including SAP/SuccessFactors)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at senior levels

Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems independently

High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail

Experience in employee benefits or global mobility is a plus

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
