Expert Technical Program Manager - Data Platform (f/m/d)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Yearly Salary: €90,000 - €100,000 (fixed range, annual gross)

Stock Options: €40,000 - €80,000

Benefits: Up to €5,000 annually

Your Role

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, orchestrating the development of our cutting-edge AI-powered imaging products that are set to revolutionize the field. This pivotal role will see you collaborating closely with brilliant development leads across specialized domains, which can include Artificial Intelligence, Imaging Science, and Software Engineering, as well as insightful Product Managers.

Your mission: act as a strategic orchestrator and enabler, focused on maximizing the accelerated, high-quality flow of value delivery across the entire product lifecycle—from research and innovation to development and robust product launch.

This role owns the WHEN, the WHO, and the HOW TO GET THERE when defining, delivering, and evolving Orbem's product truths and achieving key organizational goals (OKRs, strategic initiatives).

Your Day-to-Day

• Drive task planning to align work to product & application needs.

• Develop technical roadmaps and strategies collaboratively to align with the product roadmap.

• Publish structured plans for driving and tracking technical efforts.

• Analyze data to suggest technical priorities.

• Drive communication to ensure alignment across team members.

• Drive team decisions to maximize business/team objectives.

Your Experience and Skills

Tactical leadership

• You deeply understand modern & agile software development processes and product development lifecycle.

• You are adept at creating roadmaps that bring clarity to where the team is going immediately and in the long term.

• You know how to define and track KPIs that align with the most important outcomes for the organization.

• You have the know-how for risk and dependency management.

• Your communication is clear and concise to bring all stakeholders into alignment.

• Team leadership.

• You understand how to estimate the impact of technical deliverables.
  

Technical depth

• Experience in building digital internal platforms and products.

• General familiarity with key concepts in the Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing domains. Deep technical knowledge is not required.

• You understand strategies for collecting data and ensuring data quality .
