You’ll operate melting and mixing equipment, monitor automated systems, and ensure explosives are ready for pours while following SOPs. The ideal candidate demonstrates safety discipline, strong decision making, math, clear communication, and computer literacy, with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of production equipment experience; forklift license is a plus.
