Hydro Extrusions in Gainesville, GA is seeking a hands-on Extrusion Press Crew Operator. You will safely operate the extrusion press, continuously adjust to SOPs, perform scheduled quality tests, and monitor the log furnace, log shear, press and puller with computer setup and real-time monitoring. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs with a partner, and prior extrusion experience preferred, plus the ability to work any shift. What you will be doing

• Safe operation of an Extrusion Press.
• Makes continual adjustments to ensure adherence to SOP’s.
• Performs all scheduled quality tests.
• Quality and quantity of material.
• Monitoring and controlling of Log Furnace, Log Shear, Press, and Puller.
• Computer set up and monitoring of press system.

What will make you successful?

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift to 100 lbs. on a repetitive basis,
  with a partner.
• Previous experience in Extrusion Operation preferred.
• Knowledge of extrusion process and quality measures preferred.
• The ability to work any shift is required.
