The role covers staffing and scheduling, training, cleanliness and safety, merchandise placement, and monitoring profits through audits and shrink, with a focus on community engagement. Ideal candidates have leadership in retail or food service, strong communication, and the ability to coach and evaluate talent with little supervision, plus flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
