Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees during your shift
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
· Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation
· Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
· Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
· Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support
· Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
· Address any operational issues promptly and effectively
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
· Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Proficient in basic math and comfortable handling cash transactions
