The Junior F&B Associate is responsible for supporting the food and beverage team in delivering outstanding service to guests. This role includes assisting with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, and providing attentive and courteous service to all guests. The Junior F&B Associate will work under the supervision of senior F&B staff and management, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry. يكون مساعد الأغذية والمشروبات المبتدئ مسؤولاً عن دعم فريق الأغذية والمشروبات في تقديم خدمة متميزة للنزلاء. يشمل هذا الدور المساعدة في إعداد وتفكيك الفعاليات، وضمان نظافة وتنظيم مناطق تناول الطعام، وتقديم خدمة مراعِية ومهذبة لجميع النزلاء. سيعمل مساعد الأغذية والمشروبات المبتدئ تحت إشراف كبار موظفي الأغذية والمشروبات والإدارة، مما يكتسب خبرة ومعرفة قيمة في صناعة الضيافة.  Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining and event areas.  Ensure cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas.  Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing their needs and requests.  Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.  Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of supplies.  Support the F&B team in executing events and daily operations.  Follow all health and safety regulations.  Assist with the preparation of bills and processing of payments.  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.  Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.  المساعدة في إعداد وتفكيك مناطق تناول الطعام والفعاليات.  ضمان نظافة وتنظيم جميع مناطق الأغذية والمشروبات.  تقديم خدمة سريعة ومهذبة للنزلاء، وتلبية احتياجاتهم وطلباتهم.  المساعدة في إعداد وتقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات.  الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون وضمان التخزين السليم للإمدادات.  دعم فريق الأغذية والمشروبات في تنفيذ الفعاليات والعمليات اليومية.  اتباع جميع اللوائح الصحية والسلامة.  المساعدة في إعداد الفواتير ومعالجة المدفوعات.  التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لضمان عمليات خدمة سلسة.  المشاركة في جلسات التدريب واجتماعات الموظفين.
 Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.  Strong customer service and communication skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.  Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.  Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.  Team player with a positive attitude.  High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.  Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.  يفضل الخبرة السابقة في دور مماثل ولكنها ليست مطلوبة.  مهارات خدمة العملاء والاتصال قوية.  القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.  الانتباه إلى التفاصيل ومهارات تنظيم قوية.  القدرة على العمل لساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات.  فهم أساسي لممارسات سلامة ونظافة الأغذية.  العمل الجماعي بعقلية إيجابية.  يفضل الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.  إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة.
