A central restaurant fueled by local flavors is designed for guests to gather, and a wellness center offers restorative rituals drawing from local tradition.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead the Food & Beverage operations across the property, ensuring alignment with the brand’s focus on wellness, nature, and cultural authenticity.
Develop and implement F&B strategies that drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Ensure all dining experiences reflect exceptional quality, creativity, and service standards.
Guest Experience
Deliver unique and personalized dining journeys, seamlessly integrated with the overall adventure and wellness guest experience.
Curate themed dining events, activations, and cultural food experiences in partnership with culinary and marketing teams.
Anticipate guest needs, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements to elevate satisfaction.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, train, and inspire the F&B team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Provide ongoing coaching and career development opportunities for team members.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations of all restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational consistency.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets while upholding sustainability practices.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support local, seasonal, and sustainable sourcing.
Market Awareness & Innovation
Stay attuned to F&B and hospitality trends, especially those related to wellness, sustainability, and experiential dining.
Introduce innovative concepts and activations that position the property as a leading lifestyle and adventure destination.
Minimum 7 years of progressive F&B experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial leadership role.
Proven expertise in luxury, lifestyle, or experiential hospitality concepts.
Strong understanding of both service excellence and back-of-house operations.
Experience in the GCC region is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through food, drink, and service.
