• Strong expertise in TCS BaNCS Custody platform and GCC market settlement processes.
  

• Proven experience in test strategy, governance, and reporting for complex financial systems and custody services.
  

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, and other test management tools.
  

• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and file-based trade processing.
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
  

• Strong technical background with expertise in investment banking products and all services under security services, specifically custody services.
  

• Proven proficiency in implementing and adopting cloud technologies.
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  

• Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven ability to lead successful service initiatives.
