The ideal candidate is practical, independent, calm under pressure, and excels at problem solving. A hands-on mindset with plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills helps you react fast to quick fixes. The culture is close-knit with a sense of humour and a first-name basis teamwork. As Maintenance Facilities Administrator at Rendezvous Heritage Auckland Hotel, you’re the admin Wizz that provides and executes the required administration and team management supporting the Cluster Facilities Manager , Maintenance team and hotel operations for all aspects requirements that fall under the Maintenance umbrella.

Responsible for managing all processes within the maintenance and engineering department and directly responsible for the implementation of all preventative maintenance scheduling and planning of expenditure as determined and outlined. Little knowledge of account will be helpful towards processing invoices and purchase orders .
