PGL is hiring a Facilities Assistant in Hailsham on a fixed term contract until 31 October 2026, paying £13.45 per hour with paid overtime during peak periods; accommodation and meals are optional. You’ll be a hands-on problem solver who keeps centres safe, clean and welcoming, tackling leaks, repairs and emergencies. A UK driving licence is required to drive centre vehicles. • We’re so proud to say that we are real Living Wage accredited. This means we will continue to pay well above the National Minimum Wage, so our pay rate is £13.45 per hour, with the opportunity for paid overtime (6 day working) during our peak periods.

Our Facilities Assistants are the hands-on heroes who help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure our centres are always safe, clean and welcoming for our guests 

 
They’re the go-to problem solvers - sweeping in to fix what’s broken, tidy what’s messy, and flag anything that’s not quite right. Whether it’s a leaky tap, a scuffed floor or an unexpected emergency, they’re ready to lend a hand and keep our spaces in top shape, every single day.

You’ll also need a UK Driving Licence to drive our centre vehicles. 
It’s busy, physical work, but it’s never boring!
