HESTA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to deliver facilities and operations support across all office sites nationally, managing day to day maintenance, vendor coordination, asset records, seating allocations, security access, SLAs and reporting while assisting with budgets and capital works to keep workplaces productive, safe and aligned to strategy. You should bring experience in building or facilities management within large, geographically dispersed organisations, plus project coordination and strong data reporting capabilities, and a proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll excel as a self starter who takes initiative, solves problems, communicates clearly with diverse teams and delivers customer service excellence.
