HESTA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to deliver facilities and operations support across all office sites nationally, managing day to day maintenance, vendor coordination, asset records, seating allocations, security access, SLAs and reporting while assisting with budgets and capital works to keep workplaces productive, safe and aligned to strategy. You should bring experience in building or facilities management within large, geographically dispersed organisations, plus project coordination and strong data reporting capabilities, and a proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. HESTA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide facilities and operations support services across all HESTA office sites nationally. You’ll help manage day-to-day operations and support capital works programs to ensure every HESTA workplace is productive, safe, and aligned to our strategic goals.

Your day will see you:

• Work with the Facilities team to ensure HESTA’s facilities are maintained, coordinate vendors, and ensure facilities meet standards and HESTA’s strategic goals.
• Assist with maintaining the facility and asset records, manage seating allocations, allocate security access and implement service level agreements with reporting.
• Assist with budget development, reporting, and expenditure control; ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Support capital works and operational projects, monitoring costs, resources, and plans to meet timelines and budgets.

About you:

• Experience or exposure to building/facilities management environments.
• Experience in facilities management for large, geographically dispersed organisations.
• Experience in project management or coordination for facilities and operations.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and coordinating detailed, complex reporting and data management.
• Significant experience in a service and support environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
