Beyond ONE is seeking a facilities manager to own the UAE office experience and extend across MEA, overseeing maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities and office equipment, while expertly managing vendor relationships, budgets and SLAs and championing UAE health, safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of regional facilities management experience, a relevant degree, strong UAE regulations knowledge, and proven budgeting and contract management skills; Arabic is a plus. Role Purpose

As our facilities Manager, you’ll own the UAE office experience and extend your reach across MEA. What success looks like: In your first year, you will drive key outcomes such as: Running the engine in HQ — making sure day-to-day operations like maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and vendor responsiveness run seamlessly. You’ll set up preventative maintenance rhythms, so issues are solved before they become problems, and you’ll ensure every employee experiences a safe, well-equipped, and inspiring workplace every single day.  
 
At the same time, by standardizing workplace health and safety practices, optimizing vendor and service contracts for better value and performance, and laying the foundation for sustainable facilities policies that scale with our fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will: 

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for the UAE office, including maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities, and office equipment. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues across MEA offices, managing on-site and remote troubleshooting support. 

• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery across multiple locations. 

• Monitor and control facilities budgets, manage vendor contracts, and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs). 

• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations, and champion best practices across regional offices. 

• Lead office moves, renovations, and workspace planning initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 

• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and emergency response procedures. 

• Develop and maintain sustainable facility management policies, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental standards. 
• Collaborate closely with People, IT, and other cross-functional teams to enhance workplace experiences and support operational needs. 
   

Qualifications & Attributes 

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a regional or multi-site role, with strong exposure to building operations and workplace compliance across MEA. 

• Technical Skills: 

• Must-haves: Strong knowledge of UAE regulations related to building management, health, and safety; proven experience managing vendors and service providers; excellent budgeting, negotiation, and contract management capabilities. 

• Nice-to-haves: Fluency in Arabic; familiarity with sustainability initiatives or workspace optimization tools. 

• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-office environments that demand independent decision-making and proactive issue resolution. 

• Possesses a solutions-driven mindset with excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. 

• Demonstrates strong communication and leadership qualities to guide contractors and align internal stakeholders across functions like People and IT.
