Beyond ONE is seeking a facilities manager to own the UAE office experience and extend across MEA, overseeing maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities and office equipment, while expertly managing vendor relationships, budgets and SLAs and championing UAE health, safety and environmental regulations. You’ll lead moves and workspace planning, implement preventative maintenance, and build sustainable facilities policies while collaborating closely with People and IT. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of regional facilities management experience, a relevant degree, strong UAE regulations knowledge, and proven budgeting and contract management skills; Arabic is a plus. Role Purpose
