Colliers seeks an experienced Facilities Manager for Coastlands Shopping Centre in Paraparaumu. This full time, on site role partners with the Centre Manager to keep the centre safe, compliant, and well presented while protecting the asset’s value. You will own operations, oversee maintenance and contractors, manage health and safety and emergency procedures, respond after hours when needed, support cost control and budgeting (Opex and Capex) and sustainability, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate has proven FM or asset management experience, solid knowledge of building systems and HSE, and strong stakeholder management with budgeting chops. We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day operation and long-term performance of Coastlands Shopping Centre.
Working closely with the Centre Manager and wider management team, you’ll be the trusted expert ensuring the Centre operates to the highest standards of safety, compliance, presentation and efficiency while protecting and enhancing the value of the asset on behalf of the owner.
This is a hands-on and highly visible role where no two days are the same. You’ll have ownership of facilities operations, maintenance, contractor performance and compliance, while also contributing to cost control, sustainability initiatives and customer experience.
