Aruma is seeking an experienced Facilities Officer to manage day-to-day maintenance and property services across its diverse portfolio, reporting to the Regional Facilities Lead. The role is based in Victoria with flexibility to operate from Aruma offices and travel across the state. You will coordinate minor alterations, conduct inspections, manage work orders and budgets, oversee contractors, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Requirements include certificate qualifications in maintenance or facilities, 4+ years in a large portfolio, strong organisation, attention to detail, after-hours flexibility, budgeting basics, and MS Office proficiency.
