Fault Diagnosis & Localization - Responsible for functionality testing and failure analysis of returned products (RMA) in the U.S. market. - Utilize precision instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, Bluetooth tester, microscope, etc.) and fault detection tools, along with software apps, to reproduce failures and perform preliminary component-level failure localization. - Conduct product disassembly and physical diagnostics (e.g., solder joint inspection, component stress testing) to identify root causes of failure (such as component aging, design defects, or environmental stress anomalies). 2. Cross-Team Technical Collaboration - Work closely with R&D and quality teams in China, providing failure analysis data support to drive production improvements, design enhancements, and process optimizations. - Participate in failure analysis technical meetings between China and the U.S., ensuring a clear and structured problem transmission process. 3. Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the internal knowledge base by producing standardized failure analysis reports, documenting key failure modes and root causes. - Maintain and refine the failure analysis knowledge database, ensuring continuous improvement in failure characteristics identification and corrective actions.职位要求1.
