MacKillop Family Services is seeking a part-time Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner in Broadmeadows to deliver child focused and culturally responsive family and property mediation within the Family Preservation and Reunification Program. The role emphasizes complex case management, risk assessment for family violence, and building strong referral partnerships while maintaining accurate client records. To succeed, you should have relevant qualifications and FDRP registration or eligibility, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience in both Family and Property Dispute Resolution with diverse CALD and Indigenous families. ABOUT THE ROLE:
This FDRP role has a focus on providing family and property mediation and dispute resolution services to separating families that are both child focused, culturally appropriate and with the opportunity for child inclusive practice.
As a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, you'll help parents move forward with confidence by providing child-focused, culturally responsive dispute resolution, parenting support, information, referrals, and education programs.
