Each is seeking a full-time Family Support Specialist in Kingston on Ngunnawal lands, with a max-term contract through February 2027 and flexible onsite work. The role pays $40.49 per hour plus 12% super, plus salary packaging up to $18,550, and focuses on helping families navigate early childhood supports and the NDIS. You will build relationships, guide NDIS plans, monitor outcomes, lead reassessments, set goals, translate complex information into accessible guidance, and connect families with services while keeping accurate records. The Early Childhood Approach team works alongside families of young children with disability or developmental delay, helping them navigate the NDIS and access the supports they need. Together, we focus on building confidence, strengthening capability, and creating meaningful outcomes for children and their families.
