Job Description

We're looking for a motivated FEA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in finite element analysis to join a leading engineering team supporting cutting-edge gas turbine development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and refining high-quality FE meshes using HyperMesh, ISEM, or similar tools
• Performing structural and thermal analyses using ANSYS
• Supporting the validation and improvement of simulation models
• Assessing component performance under demanding operating conditions
• Collaborating with experienced engineers to develop high-fidelity engine models
• Contributing to the design and optimisation of critical gas turbine components

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Creating and refining high-quality FE meshes using HyperMesh, ISEM, or similar tools
• Performing structural and thermal analyses using ANSYS
• Supporting the validation and improvement of simulation models
• Assessing component performance under demanding operating conditions
• Collaborating with experienced engineers to develop high-fidelity engine models
• Contributing to the design and optimisation of critical gas turbine components

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.

Desirable Skills:

•  3+ years' experience in FEA and meshing
• Knowledge of ANSYS, HyperMesh, ISEM or equivalent tools
• Understanding of structural and thermal analysis principles
• Experience with model preparation, validation, and interpretation of results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in gas turbine simulation
