ACAP, part of Navitas, is seeking an inspirational Field Education Coordinator (Social Work) to shape field education and support 20–30 students per trimester, on site in Perth. You will collaborate with the National Field Education Academic Lead and the National Placement Unit to oversee pre placement planning, student allocations, and ASWEAS compliance, lead fortnightly Field Education Seminars and pre placement briefings, train Field Educators and Liaison Officers, and help resolve placement challenges with external supervision as needed. The role also covers academic liaison, program evaluation, and developing industry partnerships focused on social justice. Ideal candidates will have at least five years post qualifying practice, eligibility for AASW, strong organisational skills, ASWEAS knowledge, and a commitment to CPD and OHS.
