This role will support the delivery of high-quality field bioefficacy data generation to support the development and registration of crop protection products across key Canadian markets. The Field Scientist analyzes trial results and produces scientific reports and regulatory value summaries that inform business and product decisions. Additionally, the role drives innovation by integrating new tools, digital technologies, and precision application methods to deliver advanced crop protection solutions.

The annual base salary for this position is CAD $77,000-$86,000. This range reflects market rates and is ultimately determined by several factors including the candidate’s skill, experience, and relevant education.
