Merck Group seeks a Field Service Coordinator f/m in Molsheim for a full-time on-site fixed-term contract. You’ll join the EMEA Field Service team as the central communicator, coordinating service requests, planning engineers’ schedules, and aligning Sales, Support and Logistics while supporting contract renewals and new service agreements, and maintaining accurate service records to improve operations. What matters most: proven experience as a Service Coordinator or Project Manager, superb organization and multitasking, strong relationship building with customers and cross-functional teams, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and fluency in English and French (additional EMEA languages a bonus). Your role: 

 

You will work with our EMEA Field Service team, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently across the entire region. Your primary job is to be the central communicator: you will coordinate all service requests, manage the schedules for our field engineers, and keep customers and our internal teams (Sales, Support, Logistics) perfectly aligned. Beyond coordinating, you will help grow the business by partnering with Sales to renew contracts and propose new service agreements. You will also maintain accurate service records and help implement better ways of working so we can consistently deliver exceptional support.

 

 

Who you are : 

 

  • Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or Project Manager.
  • A master of organization and multitasking who knows how to prioritize tasks.
  • An excellent communicator, skilled at building strong working relationships with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience using a service management system like Salesforce.
  • Must be fluent in English and French; any additional EMEA languages are a bonus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Please note this is an opportunity for a CDD (Fixed-Term) contract.
