GEA is seeking a Field Service Engineer for its New Zealand team in Horotiu, a permanent full time role with regular travel, on call duties and occasional weekend work. You will perform maintenance, fault finding and repairs on separators, decanters, homogenisers and other rotating equipment, onsite and in the Horotiu workshop, and assist with shutdowns nationwide. About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our New Zealand team, based in Horotiu (Waikato), supporting customers nationwide.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to work overtime, particularly during peak (winter) months, and participate in an on-call roster for after-hours breakdown support (including occasional weekend work).
The role involves regular domestic travel to customer sites across New Zealand.
As a Field Service Engineer at GEA, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of customer equipment. You will carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work both on-site and in our Horotiu workshop.
