M2P was founded on a simple idea: do the right thing by the project and the people involved. Nearly a decade on, that's still how we work, and it's why our crews stick around.

Don't see your ticket or trade listed? Register your interest anyway. As current roles fill, your EOI puts you first in line for what's coming next.
Our 2:1 roster is family-friendly by design; two weeks on, one week off, with flights from most airports, not just the capitals.

Good people shouldn't have to start over somewhere else every time one does. Wherever we can, we keep our crews on from project to project and these EOIs feed the next ones, too.
"We've had people come and go, but the ones who stay are up for a challenge. They're good value and good fun. We look out for each other." John Reddington, SuperintendentFor trades and operator roles:
You'll need to complete and pass pre-employment checks, including a medical (with drug & alcohol testing, ILO chest X-ray and step test) and a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (police clearance). Most sites also require employees to be clean-shaven.
