Key Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire financial accounting cycle for the Real Estate department, which includes Revenue recognition & Accounts receivable, vendor payments, lease agreements, and property-related expenses.
Responsible for the timely closure of books on monthly basis and preparation of MIS reporting to the management
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. • Preparing monthly and quarterly cash flow projections.
Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate with external auditors for the completion of financial audits.
Develop and implement financial budgets and forecasts for the Real Estate department.
Monitor and control departmental expenses, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
Partner with other departments across the organization, including Leasing and facilities management for the seamless day to day operations and provide necessary support from finance department.
Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
