Advance your career as a Finance & Payroll Administrator within our Group Finance team in Christchurch. In this role, you’ll support payroll operations and deliver a range of finance and accounting administration activities across the Group.
You’ll assist with finance processes such as reporting, reconciliations, and monthly accounts, while gaining valuable exposure to payroll and broader finance functions within a respected national organisation.
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga
• Strong computing skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience in an administrative or finance support role
• Exposure to payroll systems (eg PayGlobal) and an understanding of payroll compliance is advantageous; training will be provided
• Strong planning, organisational ability and self-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
What We’re Looking For |
• A high level of attention to detail to support accurate payroll records, calculations, and reporting
• Comfort working with numbers and financial data to support accurate reporting and compliance
• The ability to assist with monthly accounts, reconciliations, and reporting tasks
