Financial AccountantDüsseldorf职能支持类Responsibilities1.Process daily revenue and accounts receivable transactions in DATEV, including invoicing, payment posting, credit notes, discounts, and other related entries. 2.Perform regular reconciliation between AR sub-ledger and general ledger, track and clear outstanding items, and prepare reconciliation reports. 3.Coordinate with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and payment channels to reconcile revenue interfaces and ensure data accuracy and completeness. 4.Prepare and submit German VAT pre-declarations (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung). 5.Prepare and submit ZM (Zusammenfassende Meldung) filings. 6.Prepare and submit Intrastat reports, coordinating with logistics and sales teams to verify import/export data. 7.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing related to revenue and accounts receivable. 8.Produce revenue and AR reports and basic analysis as required to support management decision-making.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, taxation, or related fields. • Professional experience in accounting or finance; experience handling revenue and accounts receivable is preferred. • Experience using DATEV for accounting operations is a strong plus. • Familiarity with German VAT filings, ZM, and Intrastat reporting; hands-on experience preferred. • Language requirements: German is mandatory, sufficient for daily communication and reading financial/tax documentation. English and Chinese are strong pluses for communication with group stakeholders in other countries or the China HQ. • Experience in consumer-facing (To C) businesses and sales-driven industries is preferred.Apply
