MSCI’s FP&A Associate in New York is a full-time onsite role in Finance partnering with senior management to drive budgeting, forecasting, modeling and performance analysis. You’ll support quarterly and annual planning cycles, maintain financial models, develop cash flow forecasts, and deliver monthly reports and executive presentations, while seeking automation opportunities. Ideal candidate: bachelor’s in finance or related field, 2–3 years FP&A or finance, strong Excel, basic GAAP exposure, collaborative, detail-oriented.
