Pure Storage is hiring a Financial Analyst - Partner Sales in Staines, UK, a full-time onsite role that serves as the primary finance partner to the Global Partner Organization. You’ll translate partner data into strategic insights, design investment frameworks, and optimise rebate and contra-revenue spend to boost partner profitability. You’ll own governance of rebates and payments, build dashboards to communicate trends to leadership, and develop predictive models to inform executive decisions. Ideal candidates have 2 to 4 years in Finance or Accounting, strong analytical storytelling, and advanced skills in Excel, Anaplan, NetSuite, or Snowflake, plus cross functional influence. THE ROLE

As a key architect of our Go-to-Market strategy, you will bridge the gap between financial discipline and partner-led growth. You’ll serve as the primary finance partner to our Global Partner Organization, transforming raw channel data into the strategic insights that drive our global investment decisions. By collaborating across Sales, Finance, and Accounting, you will ensure our partner ecosystem is a high-yield, competitive differentiator for the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Architect Investment Strategies: Design annual partner investment frameworks and spend planning models that align global operational goals with long-term financial targets.
  • Maximize Partner ROI: Evaluate the effectiveness of rebate programs and contra-revenue spend, providing data-driven recommendations that optimize partner profitability and incentive structures.
  • Own Financial Governance: Lead the financial validation of rebate eligibility and payments in partnership with Channel Operations to ensure precision in execution and trust within our partner ecosystem.
  • Scale Executive Intelligence: Develop sophisticated data visualization suites and dashboards to communicate performance trends and forecast accuracy to Sales and Finance leadership.
  • Drive Strategic Business Cases: Build predictive models for new partner initiatives, quantifying the impact of program changes to influence executive decision-making.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent, 2-4 years Experience
  • Analytical Narrative Building: Proficiency in synthesizing complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives that guide financial planning
  • Advanced Systems Mastery: Technical expertise in financial modeling and enterprise tools (such as Excel, Anaplan, NetSuite, or Snowflake) to automate workflows and enhance data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships across diverse teams to improve business processes and financial outcomes.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines, UK office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
