About the Team
Our Financial & ESG Reporting team, which forms part of the wider Global Reporting team, is looking for a Financial & ESG Reporting Specialist with experience in the payments and/or finance industry and a passion for financial technology automation. The Financial & ESG reporting team is responsible for financial and sustainability (ESG) reporting. As Adyen grows, so does the complexity of accounting and reporting. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to help us navigate this constantly evolving landscape by leveraging modern AI tools, data automation, and scalable systems.
About the Role
As a Financial & ESG Reporting Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, preparation of Adyen’s Financial Statements, and working closely with teams across the business. Although Financial reporting will be your key focus, you will be expected to think beyond traditional manual workflows. You will actively champion the automation of data pipelines and support the team across ESG and Regulatory reporting topics on an ad-hoc basis.
The successful candidate will play a central role in the Group Finance team, working as a strategic business partner with a wide range of teams—including Group Finance, Enterprise Risk, Legal, and Compliance—to provide pragmatic advice and drive transformation.
