Zip Co Limited is seeking a Financial Assistance Associate to join our onsite Sydney team with a hybrid arrangement of two days per week at Circular Quay. You’ll review customer requests for financial hardship, manage end‑to‑end processes and provide empathetic, customer‑centred solutions in a fast paced, high‑volume environment.
