Novotel Brisbane South Bank is seeking a Financial Controller who will join the hotel's leadership team, reporting to the General Manager, and oversee budgeting, planning, forecasting, P&L analysis, and KPI governance while guiding department leaders to exceed targets. The role requires hands-on hotel finance experience with systems such as Opera, Micros, Sun, and related tools, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day to day controls, audits and training.
