English and French communication, cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and a service mindset are essential. YOUR ROLE

As a pivotal member of the Vacheron Constantin Finance Central Team, you will be instrumental in executing our ambitious Finance Roadmap. This strategic initiative is built upon four core pillars: Value Creation, Business Partnering, Data Transformation, and People Development.

This highly visible role demands exceptional collaboration, requiring you to forge strong partnerships across diverse internal functions, Markets, and Group FP&A. Your ability to distill complex financial analyses into clear, actionable insights and present them compellingly will be crucial in guiding strategic decision-making and fostering a culture of financial excellence.

PLAYING YOUR PART

Your expertise will be instrumental in several critical areas:

INTERNATIONAL CONTROLLING & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Act as the primary financial partner for selected international markets, conducting in-depth analysis, rigorous forecast reviews, and meticulous performance monitoring.
  • Lead the consolidation of market forecasts, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Drive improvements in financial communication channels and tools between Headquarters and international markets, fostering transparency and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough margin analysis, identifying key drivers and developing actionable strategies to optimize profitability
     

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY & STOCK MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee and manage stock financial data, conducting comprehensive reviews of provision requirements to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Manufacturing Controlling team in launching initiatives aimed at streamlining transactional processes and developing automated solutions.
     

STRATEGIC FINANCE PROJECT

  • Actively contribute to and lead strategic projects focused on driving efficiencies and building a robust financial infrastructure for the Maison's long-term growth.
     

Fruitful collaboration with peers and other team members of the Finance Team is key to reaching the objectives of the position.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success in this role will require:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Controlling roles, ideally within an international context
  • In-depth knowledge and practical application of IFRS standards.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, GCP & Looker a plus), a keen interest in leveraging AI for financial insights is highly valued
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Service oriented – eager and able to work across multi-functional teams
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
