Role Summary:

As a Financial Performance Analyst (m/w/d), you support the financial performance management of our manufacturing subsidiaries by contributing to financial closing, forecasting, and planning activities. You analyze cost and financial data, provide meaningful insights to support regional decision-making, and collaborate closely with finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure financial transparency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

We want you to:

• Support monthly financial closing, forecasting, and planning processes for manufacturing subsidiaries
• Review and analyze cost data by detailed segments to support region-wide financial and analytical reporting
• Analyze financial data trends of subsidiaries and contribute to accurate forecasting of regional profit impacts
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting as needed
• Assist in developing mid- to long-term management plans for subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with finance counterparts in subsidiaries to ensure financial compliance and adherence to agreed targets

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Basic understanding of managerial accounting or strong willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
  • Interest in financial analysis, cost management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Clear and structured communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-based, multicultural environment
