United Al Saqer Group is hiring a Fit-out/Joinery Site Engineer or Site Foreman for Royal Joinery in Dubai to oversee joinery projects on site. You will report to the Project Manager, manage daily site operations, supervise labor and subcontractors, ensure health and safety, maintain quality control, and prepare project schedules while coordinating with production, clients and contractors. Requirements include 5+ years UAE experience in joinery or related fields, an engineering diploma, excellent English, and hands-on experience with interior FF, civil and MEP works on villas or high-rise buildings. Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.

In this role you will have the opportunity to organize and motivate a project team. You will be responsible for successful delivery of the projects. You will work closely with the production team, site team and also with contractors and clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager

• Manage communications between all parties involved where appropriate.

• Day to day management of the Site

• Supervising and Monitoring the labors and sub-contractors

• Ensure Site complies with guidelines of the health, safety, and security

• Quality control of Work done at Site

• Prepare Project schedule

• Act as the main technical advisor on site to solve any issues that may occur

• Monitor quantity, quality, and control materials release from suppliers

• Keep updated records of Site surveys

• Should have handled MEP, Civil, Joinery and Interior FF projects with hind end villas or high raise buildings
  

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• At least 5+ years of working experience in UAE in the same field

• Engineering diploma holder

• Excellent communication in English (Verbal / Written)

• Familiar with relative raw materials
