Job Description: We are looking for Operations Coordinator who has experience in managing the fleetservice and drivers of the organization. Our objective at Washmen is to ensure the deliveriesare on time. Washmen is gearing up to scale. Responsibilities:Oversee the daily activities of Drivers and be the first point of contact to provide guidance toDrivers completing tasks. Monitor Driver activity to ensure tasks are being completed withinthe assigned timings. Work closely with the Customer Service Representatives to ensureproactive communication with Customers in regard to any and all delays or issues. Developthe ability to contact Customers directly through phone calls and/or messaging tocommunicate delays actively. Continuously verify the status of the capacity in the fleet tounderstand coverage options prior to orders coming into the system ensuring capacity isalways available. Coordinate fleet emergencies with Fleet Coordinator, re optimizingassigned tasks to adjust to downtime for the affected Drivers. Propose changes to schedulesand assignments based on daily experiences with the operation. Groom driver quality interms of behavior, appearance, professionalism, representational, etc. Expense driver-relatedbills to the finance department for reimbursement. Submit a daily report on the Driveroperation as a whole for review before the end of shift.
Requirements: 1) Minimum 2 year of experience in managing 100 plus vehicles2) Have proficient in computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel. Have knowledge ofall the main areas and communities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Have a valid UAE drivinglicense.3) Hands on experience – In handling fleet management software.4) Manage all legal compliance issues – Police reports upon accidents5) Experience in driving cost related projects.
