What You’ll Be Doing

As our Fleet Delivery Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operation — coordinating people, vehicles, and processes to ensure every motorhome is prepped, polished, and ready for adventure.

 Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate staff across both permanent and casual teams
  • Organise staffing levels to meet business needs
  • Train team members in cleaning standards, cab & locker checks, and operational processes

 Operational Excellence

  • Ensuring vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest standard before hire
  • Coordinate with Workshop, Logistics, and FOH to keep workflow smooth
  • Manage wash bay duties, fuel levels, AdBlue, gas, and weekly meter readings
  • Oversee linen and stockroom operations
  • Complete quality control checks
  • Support vehicle movements, relocations, and swaps
  • Ensure accurate stocktakes of all fleet items
  • Take responsibility for depot opening/closing during peak season
  • Keep all fleet areas safe, tidy, and compliant
  • Lead deep cleans and snagging projects
  • Maintain yard maps and end-of-day checks

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of cleaners, housekeepers and supervisors
  • Provide cover for the Fleet Delivery Manager when needed
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of staff to build a strong, capable workforce
  • Maintain high morale and resolve conflicts with confidence
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development opportunities

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all Health & Safety practices are followed daily
  • Plan staffing levels to ensure full coverage across all shifts
  • Drive exceptional cleaning standards and attention to detail
  • Support the team in preparing motorhomes to the highest standard
  • Build strong relationships across departments, keeping communication flowing to ensure smooth daily operations
