Scania Group is looking for a Fleet Support Administrator to build strong customer relationships, ensure a satisfying experience and identify areas for continuous improvement. You will analyze vehicle data, monitor performance, coordinate driver and customer training, resolve queries and maintain communications in our data system while proactively engaging customers and working with the service network.
