What you will do 

This role is to work with our customers to ensure a great customer experience.  This will be achieved by building strong relationships and communications with customers and the service network.

It will include identifying areas for improvement to ensure customers get the best out of their Scania assets. Responsibilities include;

  • Analysis of vehicle data, monitoring vehicle performance
  • Co-ordinate training requirements with driver trainers and customers
  • Resolve customer queries and co-ordinate relevant actions, ensure all communications are maintained in data system
  • Proactively communicate with customers
  • Conduct, analyse and prepare course evaluation reports

 

Who you are

To be successful as a Fleet Administrator within Scania, we believe that you will have;

  • A high level of analytical and innovation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, strong stakeholder engagement abilities 
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Able to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Knowledge of the Scania products and services
