We are seeking a dedicated Produktionsmitarbeiter (production operator) to work in a four-shift system, focusing on the production of standard colors. Role Summary

As a Produktionsmitarbeiter in the Mastergrind production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing and mixing of core ink colors (Stammfarben), working within a flexible four-shift schedule. Your role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and oversee production equipment and machinery involved in the preparation and grinding of standard ink colors for flexible packaging.
  • Monitor production processes, adjusting parameters as necessary to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and document process data accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in production manufacturing, preferably in chemical processing or inks production, is advantageous but not mandatory.
